DESCRIPTION:This session is an introduction to the techniques of TT while focusing on aches\, pains\, scrapes\, bruises\, headaches\, tummy aches and other common wellness challenges found in daily activities.   \nCo-authors of this special program\, Natascha and Michelle will provide an online experience that uses the breakout rooms for exploration of exercises\, as well as group activities to gather in conversation.   \nIf you have wanted to know about TT\, or are looking for ways to better support your family and friends with some directed love\, this is the place.  A special handout will provide you with all the techniques for follow up at home after the workshop.   \nChildren are invited to participate if they wish to try the exercises and be a part of the discussions.  It is recommended for 8 years and up for this session. \n$25 Can Individual\, $45 Can Families

DESCRIPTION:Therapeutic Touch® for Pets\, Sports\, School and Bedtime is a special gathering to support TT Awareness Week\, helping people realize the simplicity and profound effects of the TT tools.  Each topic is a special interest for this group of presenters.   \nCanBeWell has been sharing public webinars since August\, reaching out with tools that can be available for simple first aid\, for comfort\, for love and for helping others.  Our Youth Initiative is striving to make sure that children\, young families and students have the chance to use the techniques in their every day activities to feel more joy\, to be relaxed or calm\, and to find a balance and flow for living in wellness.   \nThe topics today will be a fun exploration of common experiences.  If you have a teddy bear or a pet to be your helper\, please bring them along. \nYou MUST register to receive the Zoom link the morning of the webinar.
