Thank you for your help in the fall. Angela finished her first term of college. She had 3 weeks home over the break.
\nShe has retuned to college (880 miles from home) and her classes all in person.
\nShe struggles to connect with her peers and feels she doesn’t belong – but hides in her residence room when not in class.
\nShe has spiralled down – hating herself, her body, school.. – just wants to quit, etc.
\nShe has social anxiety and tends towards depressive and fatalistic speech.
