Please, send TT to my daughter Angela who is in her first semester of college in Thunder Bay, Ontario. She struggles day to day with anxiety and depression. She struggles just being there let alone focusing on her work or having motivation to do it. She has some social anxiety as well. She doesn’t feel safe or “at home” in her residence.
