In May, I broke three lumbar vertebrae while exercising. The healing has been painfully slow which led to my having Kyphoplasty a few weeks ago. Since the surgery, I keep developing excruciating cramps in my hips and low back that are keeping me from doing what I need to do to be alive on the planet.
