In this engaging and interactive webinar, participants will learn about the science of sound and how it affects health. Not only the sounds we listen to, but the sounds we make with our own voices. We will experience different ways to use our own voice to get in touch with our body and emotions, release tension, center ourselves and to charge our brains. We will learn about and experience sounds to shift brain wave states, muscle tension, heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature and pain perception. We will learn ways to fine tune our listening, our intuition and awareness of subtle energy bodies through the use of our own voices. We will learn about how to select music to enhance the TT treatment.
