Foundations of Therapeutic Touch® 

This two-day introductory course presents the foundations of Therapeutic Touch®, a contemporary healing practice rooted in ancient traditions and supported by research.

Participants will learn centering, assessment of the human energy field, and basic Therapeutic Touch® techniques for balancing and harmonizing energy. Emphasis is placed on awareness, compassion, and intentionality in supporting the healing process.

Open to beginners and those wishing to deepen their understanding of Therapeutic Touch®. Instruction will include guided practice with fellow participants.

Fondements du Toucher Thérapeutique® 

Ce cours introductif de deux jours présente les fondements du Toucher Thérapeutique®, une pratique de soin contemporaine enracinée dans des traditions anciennes et soutenue par la recherche.

Les participants apprendront le centrage, l’évaluation du champ énergétique humain et les techniques de base pour équilibrer et harmoniser les énergies. L’accent est mis sur la conscience, la compassion et l’intentionnalité dans le processus de guérison.

Ouvert aux débutants ainsi qu’à toute personne souhaitant approfondir sa compréhension du Toucher Thérapeutique®. Des exercices pratiques guidés seront proposés.
